AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!! I woke up, go to my email, and i saw an email saying that my case is APPROVED!!!!!!

On Igor's list up to yesterday, i was ranked 91, and couldn't believe that we just got approved. I'm actually counting the days since i sent the I-130, and they approved it in 71 days.

I'm not the most verbal in this June filer forums but i do read everyone's replies and messages here. Goodness gracious, i'm in shock!!! I hope you guys will get yours soon too.

Isn't that just the most glorious feeling??? We were @ #84 when approved. It was such a shock!

Congratulations! I guess we'll all be together in a September NVC thread.

Not that I've seen, Kballtex. I suspect you and I will both be on it when it appears, however. I still have no case number. We were approved 13 days ago, so I'm getting a bit impatient.

All these approvals are making me super tense!

I'm checking the website sooo much and I haven't had one touch since 29 June!

I'm off to get more vaccination shots completed tomorrow night, and I checked up on the progress of my police report so I'm gonna be set to go when we get approved!

The shots are full on, has anyone else been preparing theirs!?

The reason I ask is because I hadn't had about 8 of them and the hepatitis shots are done in three doses so I was lucky I got onto it asap!

Plus, they hurt, so I'm getting 3 each fortnight :)

Why are you getting so many shots? Is there really that many shots that need to be taken?

I don't understand the freaking USCIS. I have noticed some people have been waiting since January, and others don't have to wait at all. And luck doesn't or shouldn't matter with legal processes. They say they approve the petitions in the order received, well they obviously haven't done so. I wish there was a group of people protesting this. Although I am happy for everyone who got approved, I am kinda mad as well. Why do some people have to wait longer????????????????????????????

LIFE IS SOOOOO UNFAIR!

You have to remember that everyone's situation is different. Yes, it stinks completely to watch other people get approvals, but we really *don't* know how USCIS works.

I have theories as to why I was approved so quickly - my husband has a CSIS clearence, we've already proven our relationship because I immigrated from the US to Canada and was approved by Canadian Immigration. But who knows.

Montreal: BEAT!!! Approved!!!!!

Yes you are right, in your case that must be true. But I filed on June 1st and people from July have started receiving their approvals. At first I thought, maybe it's because my husband is from Pakistan, but a few Pakistani have also been approved. Anyway it's really frustrating. We wait everyday, I check the mail again and again, and also my email. My husband is really disappointed. We have been away for 8 months now. We didn't file earlier in February or so because of some problems. But now it's getting really annoying. Well I am glad you got approved. Thanks.

According to Igor's List only three July approvals have been made so far, two of whom actually filed at the end of June, one for his mother (that's a relationship that's significantly easier to approve than a long distance marriage) and the other for someone who has actually filed their I-130 for the second time. The third approval was for a DCF application that was filed in March, although they waited almost 4 months for their NOA1 and only a further day for their NOA2 - lucky them :D Anyway, all three are hardly typical cases....so deep breaths all round and we will all get there hopefully :)
