i pray you receive it very soon :yes: i heard one forum that a person called their senator (before the 5 months) and explained that they see other people getting there noa2s and the senator contacted uscis and they received their noa2 within a week. i do not know if it is coincidence or what, but i think u will will get yours by the end of next week :thumbs:

I have done the same, but the lady just told me well you have to remember they have a lot of background checks and your husband is in Pakistan and blah blah blah.

I said some people from Pakistan have gotten their approval and from what I understand, they don't do the name checks anymore.

My problem is that I need an interview date in December. I have school right now and they only break I have is in December. But right now even the first step is pending and moreover I dont have a sponsor LOL.

So much for a visa!

sister dont be worried i m from pakistan and my NOA 1 date is 3rd june and i got the approval , u will also get ur approval very soon INSHALLAH keep on pryaing , and i hope u can easily get interveiw date in december . best of luck :thumbs:

Congratulations to the new approval! We received our NOA2 almost at the same time and glad to see that our case was touched for the first time. I just hope hubby will get the NOA2 soon but having a doubt as I am from the Philippines and they might have longer process on our papers! But there's nothing we could do but to wait, have patience and think positive. We are glad to know that someone is checking our papers! NOA2 please go to our own specific mailbox!

i am home alone on a Saturday night!! woo hoo. (i live with my parents at the moment as it is cheaper before i move to the US, when i finally get approved that is)
