friends i got mail today that our i 130 approved today :dance::dance::dance:

CONGRATS!!!

Married 2008

5/21/09 - filed I-130

12/7/09 - Interview (denied for 28 yr old CIMT); filed waiver same day

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

My AOS/IV bill are marked paid!!! Quick ####### turn around for NVC, I have to applaud them (they received my money orders on Monday). Time to send AOS/IV packages out. :D

Wow! Congratulations Guys! Hoping for NOA2 for the rest within this week until next week! Hubby is coming in on October in the Philippines and hoping that papers are almost done by that time!

11-30-09: AOS bill and DS 3032 from NVC received

12-01-09: DS-3032 returned via email

12-03-09: DS-3032 hardcopy sent via FEDEX

12-05-09: Paid AOS BILL

12-07-09: DS 3032 hardcopy received by J. Desmond

12-15-09: IV BILL generated

12-19-09: Paid IV BILL

a whole lotta nuthin' cuz. just chillin' like the villain i am :devil: working out at the gym super early in the morning (no later than 3:45am) these days with the nephew. helps keep my mind off of the long process of immigration :dance:

what's been going on with u?

Keeping your self busy is a great idea and it helps to keep going. Not too much realy with me, just getting ready for my Certfifcation exam, but cant stop thinking about NOA2 :D . I saw thing picking up and hoping we all will be getting very soon.

Kush how much you learned hindy/urdu from ur husband????

unfortunately cuz, i have learned very little. he bought me a book, but without hearing it constantly, it is hard for me. he has promised over and over that he will teach me when he gets here. his dad does not speak any english, and his mom speaks a little more english than i do hindi :lol: his sister is an english and math teacher, so we understand each other fine. i know some words in hindi, and punjabi. do u know any?
