Not a single touch! And I had just checked like an hour before the email came in.

The email came in at about 4:10 pm EST. I nearly fell off of my chair!

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

Just looked at the USCIS site again, and my file was updated 8/19/09, which is a day after the email says our I-130 was approved. So don't be discouraged if you don't receive any touches. Mine was approved out of nowhere.

Yours is coming, everybody, try to hang on. :thumbs:

I had the same thing on my file after it was approved the next day I had another touch. That may mean that they are sending the file to NVC. :D
