Well, I have been "touched" today  Unfortunately, not on the I-130 petition, but our expired I-129F for when we applied for the fiance visa last year. I am praying that it was just to send an expired letter, not a re-validation letter, considering we are now married, so fiance visa would no longer apply. I guess we will soon find out, since it still only says that they received our petition on February 4 with a request for review.

I made sure to reference the previous case number several times in this petition. I wish they reviewed by SSN to see we already have our second petition on file. I130 still shows June 30, 2009 as the last update :( so they haven't made the connection as of yet.

Haha, I know!!! I swear I almost peed my pants when I saw the email. I was saying to hubby at dinner (we went out to celebrate!) that I must have broken a record, hehehehe. I think it was so quick because we've been married for 3 years, I've lived with him for 3.5 in Canada, and sent lots of financial mixing/lease agreement stuff.

I am so lost as to what to do now. I wasn't prepared for this at all!

I'm frustrating now..I just checked the info from USCIS about "USCIS Processing Time Information for our

CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER" https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplay.do

It says I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21

Processing Timeframe:November 15, 2003

What is this????..I filed on June 2009. How long I have to wait for the whole process? Anybody has any ideas about it? All we can do just pray?

Oh boy! I hope it's not what I understood.

Cheers!

you will see the filing date (e.g., “April 10, 2003”) of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last updated.

so i hope they done with that case the last case they approved was of that date that is why processing time is like that whenever or maybe the next time they update the site they will update it with most recent apporved case so that case comes in last 5 months period they will update it again like 5 months again

I am chiding not to look at things like the USCIS processing times because it'll just depress me, I say we all just try to think positively and be happy for those who get action. It's probably more realistic to watch what is going on here instead koz it tends to work in patterns right?

Anyway guys, keep your chins up!

:) *kisses*

I am not sure if my touch was good or not. They have picked up something that is no longer valid. I want some action on the I130, forget the I129F, unless it will cause them to review the I130 :P

Maybe it's a good news touch because they could be checking on your past etc in order to complete your noa2?

I hope so! Best of luck kaushalia!!! :)
