Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Hi Everyone we just filed our IR-1 / CR-1 last June 5th 2009 and recieved our NOA1 on June 10th 2009. :D

Were both so excited and looking forward recieving our NOA2... :yes:

Hurry Up NOA2... :dance::dance::dance:

were calling up our Good Friend President Obama to give us helping hand with Our Visa... ;)

I really hope June Filers will get approval soon! I cannot wait to be with my husband again. I really miss him a lot. I just hope all our visa journey will be completed by October or November. Our papers haven't been touched yet. I don't even want to check our status online cause I am getting frustrated waiting.

I-130 Journey:

05-28-09: Sent the I-130 Package

06-02-09: Chicago Lockbox received the package

06-08-09: CSC received the package

06-13-09: NOA1 received

10-19-09: Hubby's second visit in the Philippines

11-10-09: Hubby's flight back to USA

hi lgg and the other friendly june filers!! :D

i am doing ok, i am getting prepared to take my husband to the airport on saturday, he goes back to the USA... :(

i have my passport interview tomorrow to change my name to my married name on my passport so i have correct ID when this is all over..

i also booked in my police check and fingerprints interview for august 14th so i am "pre-preparing" things hehe.

i will book my doctors appointment to get a blood test next week to organise my vaccination history before noa2 comes in.

looking forward to THAT day, thats for sure!

i also start a new job next week, so thats good news. it will keep me going til i leave for the USA finally!

love to all and keep on being happy! *dances* hehe

How are you holding up? I'm dying here...lol...Waiting for my stutus update and where is NOA2??...CSC and other Center should work hard and understand how we feel...oh boy!

Well, good luck for everyone...and I wish we have the good news at the same time..yey!!!

well we will have to do something then!! :D

i just found VJ on twitter.. i dont really go on twitter much but it tells you the processing timelines etc for CSC and VSC... it says 91 days or something like that turnaround for CSC for I-130s... ouch!
