Ok, with the help of everyone here I have my package 95% ready to go. Waiting on letters from friends/family and then make copies of package and mail off. My other item to do is payment of the fees. I have read through the USCIS website as well as posts here and it looks like I need to pay the following:

I-130 $355.00

I-485 $930+80=$1,010.00

I-131 Included in I-485 fee ($305 when not filed with I-485)

I-765 Included in I-485 fee ($340 when not filed with I-485)

The USCIS instructions regarding the fees for I-131 and I-765 seemed confusing and "circular" so I just wanted to make sure this looks right.

Thanks everyone!

Hi Pink! Here is what I'm sending regarding the bona fide marriage info:

• Copy of joint bank account statement

• Copy of Alien’s student loan documentation with USC as co-signer

• Copy of joint automobile insurance policy

• Copy of Alien’s cell phone bill (with proof of address)

• Copy of letter received from Canada, with postage label providing evidence of residence in the U.S

• Numerous photographs to including wedding photos, vacations, family and event photos (both in the US and Canada)

• Affidavits (2) of Support written by one friend and one family member

• Photocopies of some of the wedding cards received

• Copy of Alien’s I-693 Medical Bill

You've got it right. Both checks made out to the Department of Homeland Security, spelled out just like that. Make sure you send your package in a way that you can track it to make sure it gets there. :)

Good luck!

Thanks Trillium! I am getting anxious to get this stuff in the mail!
