Up to 60 days.

If you answered the RFE properly - they will carry on with your case and process it.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Aha, just what I was expecting!

I've read this before, the couple sent everything, then basically sent it all again. ( and were approved;)I think it's probably a case of losing your file, or bits of it along the way. They lost my medical along the way during AOS, so doesn't surprise me.

Mine got approved 2 wks after I sent in the RFE. Good luck

mine i got RFE june 8, and they need asap by june 12 i send express mail june 9 then they received june 10, after all i never heard any thing else,

i admmit that before i send was not enough, and i send repeatedly like, car insurance, cable, internet, telephone bills, bank statement acct, tax transcript w/ 3 years with w2, copy of bank check, one pics together, copy driver license of mine, but my husband left when i was completed he's military, i give copy of his front passport, my i.d dependant,

i dont know if this enough since i cant proof that we live together we dont have any copy for housing papers that show our names we live in military housing. i dont know if this enough well currently still waiting the result for the RFE.
