Well, i don't know how many of you read my post yesterday on the delay USCIS has had on my on ROC. I have been waiting for 16+ months. So i just checked the mail and recieved an update from the Ombudsman. The letter stated that USCIS transfered my case to my Local Field Office at the beginning of this month. Now, from what I've heard, anytime they send your case to the local field office that means you will most likely receieve a interview.

How many of you have been in this situation?

I knew it but never wanted to comment and scare you, i was very sure that you will be called for an interview because its been too long that ur file was pending, thats why I was asking you about specific relevant dates etc etc. and also your nationality, to help you further.

All the best for your interview.
