Ever since I have started here I have been doing the entire administrative side of my bosses responsibilities. Well since the CFO took over he has been watching this and informed me that next week I'll get a review with a wage increase and a title change. Finally.

actually we are going to see the Padres play the St Louis Cardinals...

hubby has a dream to visit all the major baseball stadiums in the US.. once we go to Petco field, he will have been to 3 so far ...

so it looks like we will be staying an extra day in San Diego .. yay..

feel bad for the hubby though because we had originally planned to go to a Dodger game the night before we left for San Diego.. we had sent in for free tickets.. we got them yesterday and they are for the day after we requested because they had no free tickets left for the day we requested... I guess we could go to the the game still but that means we would have one less day in San Diego and we do have tickets for a San Diego Padres game anyways...

so I just called and booked an extra night at the hotel.. it was simple and painless.. the extra night is about 5 dollars more then the other nights but that is no big whoop...

The Padres...the Dodgers...enjoy the extra day and your vacation!

So we are in Nashville, lots of driving etc etc

I'm really tired.

You must be punch drunk as you're laughing that you're tired! Hope everything has been going well!

I just got my NOA2 and I'm home alone, jumping around with a smile like this :D

Congratulations!

Morning everyone! It's Friday! Yeah! Going swimming this morning. Going to be a quiet weekend I think. Enjoy!

Move + coffee vent/confession ahead:

I haz a  and shame...

When we moved from Edmonton, my super-duper boss at Second Cup ponied up 2 of those portable carafes, including creamer, sugar, blah blah. Tomorrow we move. And I, the Second Cup and Tim Horton's luvah will have to PAY for coffee. And that's not all folks. I will also have to buy it from Crapbux.

Ok, send the firing squad now.... :crying:

Merci for the congrats! I wish you all a good weekend, and, Len, I would send some of the best coffee from Montreal if only it was possible... because moves are not fun (dust, sweat...) and fun at the same time. Oh, if I find a way, should I send the cute barista too??? :P

You know you're a germaphobe when...

Some big wig from the Phillies walks in and his showing off his championship ring and everyone is trying it on and they ask you if you want to try it on and all you can think about is the finger sweat that is on it on it and it grosses you out to the point where you kind of cringe and say: "Uhh no thank you"
