I would like to block anything and everything that talks about people as though they are a commodity.

Hey this could be in the vent thread, then I wouldn't feel like i'm the only one venting. I'm on hold with Bell to talk about their mobile plan and they never shut up with the advertising, it's driving me crazy but I can't put it in the vent thread because I posted the last 2 vents.

I guess when they get approved, they're given a slip of paper.

It's either Pink, White or Blue.

Pink is approval, I guess they go take it somewhere so they can get their visa sent to them.

The # of K-1 visas coming out of there per year kinda bothers me though. It's almost like the US wants more people from there.

I just used the neti-pot for the first time. It's a very strange feeling, to say the least, but I'm sick of the post-nasal drip. The little pot's stem looks like a #######, though, so it's like you're putting ####### into your nostril.

Neti-pots are cool.

I think the feeling of water running into your sinus and coming out the other nostril is neat, but weird.

My ears always get clogged for a while afterward, like when you come back from being in a pool.

It seems to work. I was really ehhhh about it, but it's my last resort. Can't take anti-histamines because they give me hives. Don't want to take corticosteroids. Bleh!

LOVE the neti-pot!

I'm a cheapo, I just take a spoonful of salted water and snort if up there. Clears the nostrils in a few seconds.

My Hawaiian coworker says she takes ginger ground up with water and snorts that. I'm not brave enough for that.
