IT'S ON FIRE!!

*blows*

Montreal Interviewer: "What do you have in common with each other?"

Peachey: "We're REALLY weird."

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

<back to interview>

Me: "Yes, yes I do."

It's trendy for us Canadians to diss Starbucks, since we have Tim Hortons.

But I'll always take Starbucks over Timmy's any day. Don't feel ashamed, Len. It's just...that...good!

I found out two days ago, lol. At first I was thrilled, felt like I won the baby lotto...then I watched a bunch of birth videos (epidural, c-section, waterbirth, etc) yesterday and now I'm freaked the hell out!

 awww I bet! But I guess millions of women go through it every year and most of them probably aren't as tough as us Canadian gals, so you can do it! ;) Keep us updated on your progress!

I just got back from doing some Christmas shopping. My wife wanted to do stockings, but I reminded her that she'd have to pack everything in her suitcases for her trip here etc....plus I don't want her spending lots of money on me. So I convinced her not to do stockings.

...but I just spent a few hours at the mall, buying a stocking plus a BUNCH of stuff to fill one for her. Hehehe.

I honestly prefer giving than receiving. Nothing can help eliminate the blahs by buying gifts for loved ones. :)

I think stockings are great fun! You're almost an altruist, Wyatt!!!

Except you derive far too much pleasure from the giving so....

;)

Nah, I'm no altruist. Getting such joy out of giving is a very selfish thing, really. :)

If my husband did that to me I'd kick him in the butt :P (and then hug him for trying to surprise me)

I'm finished all my shopping except my husband. I haven't got him anything yet! Whenever I go shopping he wants to come along and help, which is nice, but it makes getting anything for him basically impossible. I'm hoping my SIL will be available this weekend and we can go together and make something up about wanting a girls day or something...
