I usually just steal a sip or two of Ben's drink when I'm around...

Actually, it kind of irritates me (without making this into a vent, haha), but Ben absolutely cannot go out to dinner without having a drink. It wouldn't bother me, except, when I'm there, I don't have that option whatsoever if we head out.

Come ooooon, March.

Honestly though, I never understood how kids got fake ideas until I looked at his. It looks like a freaking school ID for goodness sake! My Ontario license has so many holograms and other things that I couldn't imagine someone trying to fabricate it.. but his.. ohboy. Maybe it's got some hidden feature I'm missing, but man.

And Arabella, that is kinda creepy. I'm sure it was made in jest, but I can certainly understand why that would rub you the wrong way.

Wouldn't let me edit...

So Ben and his dad are busy fixing up his garage-turned-bedroom for my arrival (hooray to switching the man cave to an actual, you know, bedroom :D) and although Ben approved my gender-neutral colour choice (green), it was my job to pick the actual shade.

I can't believe there are so many shades for one colour. But, I found a new toy on the Behr website that allows you to pick colours and coordinate your entire room with them, and it 100% brings me back to memories of the good ol' days playing The Sims simply to build/design houses, haha.

Of course, I think I've changed my mind as to what shade I actually want about half a dozen times...

That would irritate me too if he could drink but I couldn't. I rarely ever drink, and I actually didn't touch alcohol until I was 25/26. I prefer to drink at home rather than out unless it is a glass of wine. I don't want to be tipsy for driving home.

Sean's fake ID was Canadian, and in Florida do you really think they knew the difference? They had a hard enough time finding the birth date!

Yay that is so exciting! I have so much to do before Sean gets here . . . Well I mean everything is fine as-is for him to live here but you know I have so many things I WANT to do before he is here . . .

Seriously . . . where'd it go? I can't even find it in the other thread she started out in. . .

Why was it deleted?

not at liberty to answer the first 2.

regarding the 3rd - while it's not possible for an op to delete their own thread (unless that person happens to be ewok) an op can request that a thread be locked or made invisible and moderators are obligated to honor that request.

I'm not sure at all why it was deleted - care to explain?

I'm no detective, but I'd say it was deleted as it incriminated the OP to their spouse being here illegally.

I don't think so - Kittyfang would've been nixed then, too.

Well Charles did say that the OP could request for their posts to be removed . . . so perhaps there was nothing wrong from VJ's point of view, but the OP got nervous.

Yes, regarding the post in question, the OP requested that it be removed. This happens quite often, actually. An OP can also request that their thread be closed or locked, which we are also obligated to observe - and that happens quite often as well :) .

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
