Morning Trail mix and everyone!

I thought it was Friday today when I woke up. I am sad and upset to report -- it is not.

I have one more day...

:D

With my schedule, it's friday for me (I have tomorrow off)

Phew. I'm glad it ended well.

Ugh. I'm having computer problems. I keep getting booted off. And then this machine just magically rebooted itself. That's nice. icon2.gif

I don't know why it keeps booting you, but if you want to turn off the auto-rebooting function, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on MY COMPUTER and choose PROPERTIES.

2. Click on the ADVANCED tab.

3. Click on SETTINGS under the "Startup and Recovery" heading.

4. Under the "System Failure" heading UNCHECK the box labeled "automatically restart."

5. Click OKAY and then APPLY and then OKAY again.

If the computer has a system-wide error now, it won't auto-boot you. However, you'll probably get a blue screen (which does little to help you in this case), but at least you won't have random reboots.

I thought today was Wednesday when I got up, so bonus for me!

Montreal Interviewer: "What do you have in common with each other?"

Peachey: "We're REALLY weird."

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

<back to interview>

Me: "Yes, yes I do."

If you want to be yelled at, I can help you out as I am feeling a little ranty and am starving to death.

Go for it, if it helps I'm eating amazing leftovers that Peachey cooked for Missa's bday bash.

My Husband got a weird phone call from the CRA the other day. We filed his taxes for 2008 with some U.S. income, some Canadian and an RRSP withdrawal etc.

So they call him and ask him what day he left the country, was it April 11th, he said that sounds about right - then they ask him if he withdrew his RRSP before that date etc etc

Date questions.

So I was thinking, hey, it's all there on the tax return, date left Canada, date (and slip) for RRSP withdrawal etc, so why are you calling hmmm. Anyway, i'm hoping not to hear from them about it

Ok, I can't hold back anymore.. I do not wish to hijack a serious thread, but I HAVE to comment on this.

After hearing stories of people calling 911 because McDonald didn't have any nuggets left, or because someone's neighbor has their music too loud, I am not afraid to call 911. And I certainly would call them for death threats.

Please, remain unafraid to call 911.

Inform them that you, an illegal alien, need assistance from the police force - paid for by legal taxpayers.

Please.

Sorry, now back to normally scheduled offtopicness. :)

I get to make my costume on Friday while Peachey does female only wedding type stuffs.

Very exciting.

This is only like the third costume I'll ever have worn for Halloween.
