Hi Krikit! I waved at you from Sudbury, did you see it!??

You have to move out from behind the superstack first. Just walk up Ramsey Lake Road a bit and try again.

Good afternoon everyone. I'm enjoying my lovely stay in Canada. :) Actually, I've only been in Canada a few days hours days hours-days. My husband and I flew into Toronto on Friday evening. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving feast on Sunday, and then my Mum and I drove my husband to Buffalo so he could fly back home on Monday. So we decided to stay a few days and go shopping..... just like old times. LOL. We just got back a couple of hours ago, and I've been trying to catch up on VJ. Except my parents' internet connection sux BIG time, plus their mouse sux even BIGGER time. So I'm getting short on patience and wanting to log off. lol

It's a little chilly here. *shiver*

No problem , just go to basement of the Eaton's store and get a hot bag of doughnuts. :P

Shopping with Mum is always the most fun, enjoy your visit and all my best to your parents from me and all the other folks on VJ.

Aww I was just talking to some of our Canadian members and we were talking about Midland and she was like: "AWENDA BEACH 5!" meaning the park by there and for a quick minute I totally forgot what she was talking about... I forgot about the park that was basically in my area that I would visit and drive through all summer.

I feel like I'm losing touch sometimes.

But I have been enjoying the flyers games since I have arrived. It's nice to be close to a real winning team. :P

Hi back, everybody! :) When do you get to go home again, Joyce? (F)

Well, my son is getting married next October so not for a year, unless I can sneak away in the spring. However, we are also making plans for something else next April, and I know we can't do everything.. * Oh gee, why not?* I know if I get real homesick, I could go back without Tim, but I sure wouldn't want to. Not for the first trip back, I'd really like him with me...

Hey Krikit, enjoy your visit! I just got back a week or so ago, and the weather there was horrible. I'm getting blamed now for bringing that nasty weather back to Saint Louis! :(

Bonjour!

It's been raining all morning, that dreary, cold sort of rain.

At 10am, I received five separate texts from some friends/my sister whining about the snow outside.

Good morning all,

Well the snow that has been sitting on the ground here for a couple of days now should be melting shortly! We are supposed to get a high of at least 4 today and then in the teens for the 3 days after that!

We have a library about 10 minutes from where we live, which is really handy, plus saves us buying all these books! I have a book or maybe 2 ready for pick up today yay!

I love the library. I had to pare down my book collection due to my pending move and it was hard. But I love my books. I love the library...
