hi! i'm just wondering when the second doses should be administered for HPV, varicella and tdap..

also, i got these vaccinations last april 16, do i need to have the second vaccinations before i apply for AOS or is my ds 3025 good?

08/15/09.. Biometrics done

08/24/09.. NOA for initial interview

09/03/09.. AP approved

some submitted the DS3025 and got an approval without an RFE but some got an RFE requesting for the I-693.

if you had your HPV vaccine I don't think you need to complete it since the third shot for that is 4 months after the 2nd shot . The 2nd shot of your HPV should have been on may 16.

Your DS3025 should be enough.

HPV--A complete series consists of 3 doses. The second dose should be administered 2 months after the first dose; the third dose should be administered 6 months after the first dose.
