Moving to General Immigration forum -- may need to be moved again.

Question for the OP: are you a citizen? Or a green card holder? I only ask so this might be moved into a more appropriate forum.

I petitioned my dad through the I-130. He's now here in USA and doesn't wanna work and is living with his friend. I'm worried if there is an emergency becuse he doesn't have an insurance. Can I ask the homeland security for him to be deported?

Being unemployed and without insurance is not a basis for deportation. So the answer to your question is no.
