Health insurance is not health care.

How many times does this need to be repeated before you insurance company whores get it?

Dangerously, recklessly close to a personal attack and TOS violation.

Your grave, not mine.

It's not a personal attack unless you say you're one of them. You haven't, neither have I.

I was under the impression that a public plan would require contributions for premiums (just like private insurance). Why are people talking as if it's some kind of giveaway? Am I missing something? Presumably LPRs would be eligible, as residents, to purchase the public option, no?

In a system where insurance middlemen have (for decades) installed themselves between the patient and the provider - that distinction isn't exactly appreciable (or meaningful).

It's called change. We voted for it in November. Now it's June and suddenly change isn't meaningful?

I was talking about the status quo. I don't know what you think you're talking about...

I believe, or at least would hope, that the answers here are 'yes'. Yes, premiums would be charged. Yes, it ought to cover LPRs who choose it.

You use they pronoun 'you' and the slur '#######'.

If you don't mean me personally, you clearly mean one or more of the participants in this thread.

My statement stands. You FAIL.
