Hi everyone! Im just curious and at the same time wants our application runs smoothly, avoid any delays. We are ready to send off our K1 & K2 applications, here are our docs to be sent:

1.I-129F Petition completed and signed with 2 passport photos (petitioner & beneficiary) with our names printed clipped at the upper left corner of I-129F.

2.Check for $455.00 for the filling fee clipped together our passport photos.

3.Attachment to I-129F (How we met).

4.G-325 forms (petitioner & beneficiary) completed and signed with our passport photos clipped to the upper left corner

5.Copies of Birth Certificates (petitioner, beneficiary & child of the beneficiary)

6.Copies of Filed Divorce Decrees for petitoner and Annulment Finality,Court Decision for beneficiary.

7.Letters of intent to marry (petitioner & beneficiary)

8.Copies of emails, copies of letters, phone bills, chat logs, hotel bills, engagement ring receipt, copies of airline tickets, petitoner's passport page of entry and departure and photographs.

Anything we missed? Are we in good shape to go?Do we need to submit his bank account statement and letter from his employer when we send this I-129F? When do the USCIS require this kind of documents? We know that the I-134 (Affidavit of Support) would only send to me (beneficiary) when I already receives notice of my interview at USEM.

Bank statements and the letter from employer are only needed during the interview.

Just check the following:

1. All documents that need a signature must be sent in original signed forms and not photocopies ok?

2. The boxes that needed marking, check whether or not they are responded to (meaning: ticked). These are the YES and NO responses in the I129F and the G325A forms.

3. Don't forget to sign your check :))

I am sure you are all good!

Life is beautiful!

8.Copies of emails, copies of letters, phone bills, chat logs, hotel bills are better used for the interview, but I understand wanting to be sure you have enough evidence.

It is wise to list your documents in a cover letter. If you downloaded the G325a make sure all four pages are signed. Each page is different even if they look the same to you.

Another good idea is to compare your forms with the forms on the Example Forms link -- Top left of webpage located under the search box.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Very good advice. The cover letter is not mandatory but makes the job easier for whoever is processing your paper work at USCIS and God knows you want to make it as easy as possible for them. Don't even bother sending the 134 at this point. It won't get forwarded to USEM. I did that thinking it was a good idea to go ahead and send it. It probably wound up in the trash. Oh well. Good luck on your journey and God bless. Mike
