If English translation is specified then it would be indicated on the consulate website: http://hochiminh.usconsulate.gov/required_documents2.html

For K-Visa many consulates will accept local language documents, however in cases like CR-1 IR-1 visas that use document processing at NVC, the docs need English translations.

The website doesn't say what documentations need to be translated to English. I think someone that have been through the interview can help me out

It's the same requirement that you've encountered through the whole process. Any official document in Viet needs to have a certified translation as well. Birth cert., police record, divorce decree, etc.

The house book doesn't need to be translated .
