i am asking this cause i love this guy and want to be with him. i already sent in a k-1 for him to come here. idk if maybe is just cold feet and the long wait and not being with him that has me at times wondering. we talk everyday, we have each others #'s and to some family members too, and i have passwords to his emails/messengers and pages he has on some sites, as well as he has access to all mine as well. but i read on here of some of how they get here and leave the person that sent for them to come not long after. my friends tell me i have nothing to worry about, that everything will be fine. i was just wondering what red signs others had seen in the one that they brought over if any.

AHH honey, you have to take the leap and hope you make it to the other side. A lot of times when we marry people from other countries the haters appear. Listen to your gut and not the haters that is for sure. I have at times during my 2 year relationship thought I was being had, however I worked through this as I had the haters saying this things to me also and at times beleived them due to whatever argument I was having with my SO. If you would be so kind to fill in your time line. What coutry is your SO from?

PS the more your read of the horror stories there a ton more of the happy stories Have faith

when you have absolutely nothing in common, starting with culture compatability and acceptance , language, age, and etc..onto personality, his family support and if you are able to just sit and talk on the front porch like friends without all the goo goo stuff blocking the view..

absences for periodsof time

not letting you visit with familly,cousins extended family

not letting you get to know his friends

how and whwere you met, ieif you met in a bar you will looses him where?? in a bar

yah prove the haters wrong, andif you go for it then loo ahead and dont ever doubt it him
