Today is my 107th day of waiting for my EAD and I already made the Infopass.

I just want to ask if somebody here has the same experience as mine waiting for more than 90 days and how long did it take to receive it?

Thanks!!!!!

Your timeline indicates you received an RFE on your AOS/I-485, this could account for any delay you are experiencing on your EAD.

Yes. An RFE for the I-485 filed with the EAD puts everything on hold until the RFE is answered and processing begins again.

Just to let you know, and somehow hopefully ease your pain... My EAD took 145 days to arrive. This is a waiting game, and sometimes it feels like the more impatient you get the longer it takes.

Yep. I received an RFE and took me 126 days to get my EAD approved (numerous call to USCIS, few service request)
