Chat logs, emails, phone calls are all good evidence to show on going relationship, but they are not the best things you could have. Obviously, as has already been pointed out, seeing each other would be the best evidence, but as that's out of the question (apparently) you need to get more creative! When you got married, in the US (right?), did you have pictures and invitations and other memorabilia from the wedding? Of course even if you have all of that that was 2 years ago, but it's still a good starting point.

Do the two of you share ANYTHING at all together? Any bills, bank accounts, credit cards, anything really! Even things that normally you wouldn't think of. (random example, but Del and I are both members at the same gym so we both get mail from the same gym addressed to each of us individually...so we will use those to show that we live in the same residence). Do you get mail in the US still at the same residence that he lives in? I know you don't live there, but do you get any mail there at all?

Affidavits from family that can attest that you are in a bonafide relationship are good too, but you need more than that.

I'm drawing a blank on other evidence that you can use though since you haven't seen each other in 2 years. Does he send you letters? Do you send him letters? Have you kept the envelopes with stamps and post marks? You can use those too.

Good luck!

Are you saying you have mail at the same address from 2 years ago?? I guess that's better than nothing, but I don't think that will help the situation to prove that you have a continued bonafide relationship. That still doesn't solve the problem of a continued relationship. Hope you guys can see each other soon and can figure everything out.
