You may want to define HSL?

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Agreed, what's HSL? What are you trying to accomplish with this letter, and are you stuck on any part of the immigration process?

Visa: Nov 2

US Entry: Nov 13, Alhamdulillah.

Sorry, right, a hardship letter. My Dad is really old and sick so I'm wondering if I can type it out for him and have him sign it? Or should it be hand-written?

Typed or hand-written (either one). Check the Example Forms section for a couple of affidavits to give you the over all format - of course there are not examples that would fit your (or really anyone's) individual circumstances - but they should give you a good idea of where to start. :thumbs:

Go to immigrate2us.net, it is the site for waivers and all things wavier related. If you are doing this on your own, spend plenty of time reading on the linked forum. Even if you are using a lawyer, it pays to learn as much as possible about this process as possilbe.
