VFS submission question

hey, we have interview date July 17 for CR1 spouse visa

i sumitted I864 affidavit of support with tax return copy to NVC and got it approved.

then, i submitted ds 230 with all original requested documents and is approved.

what does my wife have to submit at VFS office in Ahmedabad 10 days before interview? Only the missing documetns listed on appointment letter.

or copies of all documents already submitted to NVC should be again sumitted to VFS, like sponsor, etc/

The original documents that you didnt submit to NVC, check your interview letter. For us we had to submit the original birth certificate, 2 photos and pay the vfs courier fees.

Agreed with above, submit originals that were not submitted to NVC. You can take the Medical and PCC documents with you to the interview.

At a minimum you are required, 2 photographs, copies of the interview letter (NVC and Mumbai Consulate), and the courier fee.

Hi Guys, I am new to this site and to this process.

I am applying for my CR1, and have submitted my Packet 3 ( DS-230 Part 1 and DS-2000) , but they did not say anything about submitting I-864 and tax returns with them, it only said that my interview will be scheduled once they receive the Packet 3 and i will have to bring the I-864 when i come for the interview, am i missing out something, Please help.

Chennaisen - If you are following the CR-1 Route, your DS-230 and I-864 should have been submitted to NVC.

Where did you submit your DS-230?
