It also helps to soften your laundry and keep the lint off.

Nice! Is this something you've learned in Egypt?

while here

I remember you were fighting the lint. Glad you've found something to help!

I eat my grape fruit with vinegar and salt. Weird eh? But it's good. Yeah, vinegar can make you go to the potty :star:

Fiber + dehydrating acetic acid = increased intestinal activity. In between you have acidifying luminal volume, to poop out as well.

IMO, vinegar in excess will help your intestinal walls decompose faster, with its several health problems in tow.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

If I use a quarter of a cup of vinegar with salt, is it bad for the stomach then? Is it worse if I mix the vinegar with hot peppers?(The vinegar I like has cili labuyo inside)

I had recently read several interesting things about apple cider vinegar, so today I bought some to start using. It was a tablespoon full and disgusting BUT.... its natural and hopefully will help with the health and weight.

Vinegar Home Health Secrets

People then believed that apple cider vinegar helped solve the most troublesome of human afflictions. After years of research there have been thousands of remedies discovered. It can also be used for dogs, cats, and horses too.

Apple cider vinegar was used thousands of years ago as a vinegar cocktail to help control appetite to lose weight and continue good health. It also helps with allergies such as pollen, dander, dust, animals, food, and so on. Other uses for humans are to:

calm an upset stomach

make hiccups disappear

aid digestion

lower blood pressure and cholesterol

chase away a cold

soothe sore feet

improve memory

treat blemishes and age spots

cure acne

eliminate bladder infections

calm sore throats

treat acid reflux

remove corns and calluses

relieve itchy skin

cool a sunburn

banish nausea

relieve arthritis pain

ease leg cramps

relieve coughs

soothe sprained muscles

and help with heart pain.

The traditional (everyday) dosage for apple cider vinegar is two tablespoons in eight ounces of water three times a day. I add honey to it to make it taste better. Some people may drink it with something different like, with ginger ale and white grape juice, or with some grape juice. To take apple cider vinegar to cleanse your body from impurities mix two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in a one liter bottle of filtered water, without sweetener, and drink it throughout the whole day.

A dentist once told me that although apple cider vinegar is good for your body, it's not so good on your teeth. The acid that apple cider vinegar contains wears away the enamel on your teeth, as does any acidic food or drink. It is recommended that you drink the apple cider vinegar over a short period of time, instead of a long period of time. I haven't had any problems with my teeth yet as far as I'm concerned, I just brush my teeth after a dose of apple cider vinegar.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
