Being a natural red-head (bleach will not change that) I have a BAD temper. We have two rules which seems to be working pretty well so far.

If it is really important - bring it up the next day (an evening with a couple of glasses of wine paired with an issue is a BAD idea).

Another thing we started doing a while ago was to ask the other person for a hug whenever one of us started feeling feisty. It is hard to stay angry at someone while snuggling up next to them.

I also like the book "Don't sweat the small stuff in love"

Oh that's the last thing I want when I'm angry with my spouse. Sex, maybe...but a hug? Forget it.

Hitting my husband over the head with a frying pan helps manage my anger towards him.

Iron or copper based aluminum?

I think the copper based aluminum is easier to handle. You can get a better swing. Iron can be heavier on the wrist.

Carpal Tunnel and Repetitive Strain Injury could be issues with iron.

A SERIOUS REMEDY PROVEN TO WORK....

The next time an argument become heated, remove all clothing, every stitch!!! It is hard to argue with a lady with no clothes. :innocent:

it's also difficult to argue when getting oral too.

it's so easy. you just have to make them think what you want is also what they want too. i've only met one person i can't do it to and it's because they're just as good at it as i am.
