Just received my RFE yesterday and was getting ready to complete it when I noticed on Question #1 it asks for the name of the international marriage broker and where it is located. We met on www.Singlesburg.com and nowhere on their site can I find an address for them. I wrote an email to the site, asking for their address. I am uncertain if they will respond. Has anyone else had this problem of trying to find the address of their IMB?

Jeepers, it was difficult enough before, now it is maddening! :bonk:

Not all internet sites are classed as marriage brokers under IMBRA. Have a read of the exceptions before making a decision as to whether singlesburg.com falls into that category.

Just imagine bunch of people near the US border who fire at us HOME MADE ROCKETS. How long time will take us to go there and just wipe them out?

stevea,

When one does not know something, 'unknown' is an appropriate answer. (Although it is not appropriate, and may cause problems, if one does know and choses to conceal that knowledge.)

Thanks to all for your suggestions. I finally DID receive a response from the administrator of Singlesburg. Although they did not supply me with their address, they did state that they are not a marriage broker....they advised me to check their "Terms and Conditions" which I did. You can either be a free member or pay. And it is not exclusive for USCs. I checked "No" to question #1, signed and dated the form, made copies and sent it off to California. Here we gooooooooo......!!
