Letter of intent

Been getting a lot of questions regarding this.

Im not sure the letter is actually needed. When you recieve the Imbra RFE there is a section asking you just that, I intend to marry within 90 days followed by date time and signiature. Fiance may need to present one at interview dunno?

Maybe that will do, workded for me. Also my application was very straight forward exactly what they wanted in the right order (according to USCIS web site) Not a lot of FLUFF, 5 paper clips tops, but yet very neat.

And lastly everything I sent was straight US mail stamp and in the blue box on the corner.

Then again I live in New England prob helped to.

As far as i know, the letter of intent is needed at the interview to prove ongoing relationship.

it doesnt hurt to supply it.

the example form from here on VJ is good enough on its own as well.

its what me and Ed used for the interview, for USCIS we wrote long letters.

No no no. That letter is fine by all means use it. Im just explaining my situation I just overlooked the letter I dont recomennd you do.

The letter of intent is a good idea to include. I am under the impression you only need it from the USC but if you want to send one from both of you it wouldn't hurt.

It is a requirement for both the petitioner and the beneficiary.

Yeah, exactly. I thought it was REQUIRED. Apperently not since Gomez's petition got approved without it.

I wouldnt be taking it as a precedence though, more of an oversight.

My lawyer only asked for one from the USC, whether or not I will be required to write on later I dont know.
