Despite the claims of pancakes and hashbrowns for supper last night, we decided to do Arby's instead.

Less than $10 with coupons, although it makes me feel just slightly trailer-trashy. Oh well, I AM in Virginia. :P

I've eaten at Arby's a few times and I really enjoyed it! My husband hates it, and won't even consider going there. He calls the meat "mystery meat" and not roast beef. :lol:

I have to agree with Gene on that one :lol:

But! I don't hate it either

Tonight is Greek lemon chicken, potatoes and some kind of veggie.

I want sushi SO BAD now .... and there are no sushi places close.

About Metrotown, I really miss this shawarma place that was near there. Dunno the name, but it was a must have every time I visited hubby in Van.

Last night I made beef fajita's. Spanish rice accompanied. Only enough beef left now for sandwiches, so I have to think of what to have. Will check the freezer I'm thinking. Maybe a chicken and pasta dish?

We wound up having sushi last night.

Strike two for the pancakes / hashbrowns dinner! I think we might just do all-day breakfast again on Saturday. Not sure what we'll do for supper tonight...I think I'll go to the store for inspiration. Maybe I'll cook something again.

We had Italian sausage ravioli, with marinara and a salad. I'm thinking tonight perhaps chicken breasts encrusted with a maple pecan panko crust. Sweet potatoes and corn.

Last night I made homemade chili. I don't like beans so I replaced them with potatoes and corn. It was yumm :)

Tonight is date night. WOO!
