Was feeling lazy today so made omelettes with okra, green onions, green peppers and cheese. Made hot baking powder biscuits to go with it. Still a satisfying meal, though.

Made quesadillas with whole wheat tortillas, low fat cheese, chicken, eggplant, salsa, mushrooms and onions. And topped them with diced tomato and low fat sour cream. And hubby called them YUMMY which means I can sneak in more whole wheat and lowfat things into the menu and hopefully he will like them!

we went to Long Beach yesterday for the acrobat show but before that we went to the Shoreline Village... it is a bunch of shops and restaurants along the shore... we had dinner at a pizza place.. oh my gosh, the pizza was soooo yummy!!

Turkey is in the oven, gravy, stuffing and a seperate veggie one for me, broccoli, corn, mashed potato casserole, and apple crisp with ice cream for dessert!

I picked up some sweet Italian turkey sausages at the store and will have those with some lean cuisine butternut squash ravioli..

Just watched football all afternoon with buddies, instead of pizza we made a really late breakfast, with eggs & chorizo burrito's, bacon, waffles and of course, beer. mm mm good.

Turkey, my homemade cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, carrots, corn, broccoli casserole, dinner rolls, pickled beets, pickles, olives, pumpkin pie and cool whip.

Tonight we just had tacos. I was feeling lazy we just got back from the shore so I'm feeling lazy.

ok so the Italian turkey sausages = ugh

but the ravioli = YUM!

I made some yummy Nectarine crisp for dessert today...

Peach Crisp Recipe

Instead of the canned peaches; you can use 4 cups fresh peach slices.

40 min | 10 min prep

SERVES 6

* 2 (29 ounce) cans sliced peaches

* 1 cup brown sugar

* 1 cup flour

* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

* 1/3 cup butter

1. Arrange the peaches in an ovenproof casserole dish.

2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the peaches.

3. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.

4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
