Well last night I ended up making crispy pork chops for the hubby and he said they were the best pork chops he ever tasted, even better than his Mom's :luv: Which made me happy, considering I've never tasted a chop in my life and have no clue how to make them  I just followed the recipe! Tonight I definitely feel like making Mexican food

Thanks for the basil tip Krikit, that sounds yummy!

grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato and red pepper soup. It is fall-like weather here today - barely made it into the 70s and I actually am wearing something other than shorts today (capris). Overcast and threatening to rain but hasn't. I've had the windows open all day - it's been nice.

I made sticky chicken in the oven last night. We had corn on the cob and Basmati rice with it. I think maybe a zuchinni sausage casserole tonight with a green salad.

Yesterday I had turkey tornadoes w/ oven fries and corn.

Tonight I get to rummage my mom's fridge! She said she has some homemade "Hamburger helper" left for me. YIPEE!

I'm thinking a salad with - something tonight. I would really like to make teriyaki pork tenderloin, but it's warm here and I have the portable airconditioner in the living room - so I don't think I want the oven on.

Maybe we will pop down later and grab a roast chicken to go with that.

homemade burgers and McCain sweet potato fries..

I took the ground beef out last night thinking I would make sgetti and sauce today... but I needed a few things for that and I didn't feel like going to the store after work so decided on burgers.. just mixed the ground beef with an egg, some Italian bread crumbs, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, some salt and pepper, red pepper, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder

I don't know what we're having this evening. I have a bit of a craving for fish and chips, though. So maybe that with mushy peas. OMG, I so miss the fish and chips and mushy peas from BC. :crying:

We have a pub about 5 minutes from here, I don't know that i've ever had their fish and chips, but now i'm thinking we should try them! However! For tonight, I think I will make the pork tenderloin.
