There are lots of different flavors. Some are a bit...err, odd. The pizza flavored one, for example. But most I like. Morningstar, too.

I like the Morningstar ones much better. I know it defeats the entire purpose of it, but I have a friend who makes them, after he's made a bunch of burgers, so the veggie burger gets all the beef burger juice all over it. It tastes just like a regular burger.

That's nasty, just gross.

Hmmm... I have some flounder fillets and some lime flavoured vodka. I wonder what vodka lime fish will taste like.

~ Catherine

Drink the vodka then it won't matter what the flounder tastes like.

I'm going out to wawa to get a hoagie.

I was going to make boca burgers and asparagus BUT the kitchen somehow became a disaster since I left this morning and I am on strike. The boys want to make a mess, then they can make their own dinners in their mess. All I ask is that the kitchen stay clean... but I come home and stuff isn't put away, cereal is out on the counter... have fun boys!

Have.. fun.

Yes I am a mean mean woman. :P

 Right on.

I have no idea what a boca burger is, but I am assuming it is some sort of vegetarian concoction.

So I am eating right now, Mike has gone to pick up our car from the dealership - he couldn't get over there last night because he worked late.

I'm making myself eat all the green beans - I mean they are very good, but there are LOTS of them.

A few months ago I posted a recipe for Hungry Girl onion rings that were like under 100 calories for a whole onion! It is made with Fiber one cereal (the recipe was on the back of the box.

Anyway, I saw on this show this morning this new cookbook - it's the Hungry Girl cookbook - 200 recipes under 200 calories. The recipes look pretty good!

Not sure what is for dinner tonight - salad and potatoes, and maybe steak I think.

Dinner tonight (provided they thaw by the time I get home) is chicken breast on the BBQ, with grilled potatoes and steamed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

Last night, hubby made glazed carrots and brussel sprouts (really yummy) and we had some leftover pasta from our favorite Italian restaurant. It was cheese tortellini seasoned with fresh basil, garlic, and other herbs (I couldn't really tell what, but there were more than just the two). Unfortunately, it was a pasta special, not a regular menu item.

Lunch today: a sandwich with cheese, guacamole, and lettuce and cucumbers. I, err, already ate half of it. I'm trying so hard to hold out until noon for the other half and the fruit and carrot sticks I brought.

Last night, we had salad, garlic bread and pasta with vodka sauce.

I woke up this morning and realized I need to get back into Weight Watchers mode and eat healthy and write down everything I eat (ate like a pig in Canada this past weekend, so now I need to atone).

Had the YUMMIEST vegetarian lunch :) Our local food coop sells prepared meals made by a local company ... African based meals. I had the 3 bean meal (black, kidney and some other bean with carrots in a spicy tomato based sauce), also had basmati rice, roasted veggies and then a maple dijon green bean salad.
