So I did the variation on the zucchini lasagna again tonight - and forgot the 2 tbsp of flour - it didn't hold together quite as well but it tasted good.

I had good old Spaghetti.

Tonight I am going to make Chinese dumplings with tofu and other veggies. I went out and bought a bamboo steamer too just for effect. :P

We don't know what we're having yet, and it's almost 6pm here :unsure: Probably going to end up throwing some chicken on the barbeque last minute and maybe steam some veggies. Not feeling very creative today.

We went out for dinner to the Longhorn Steakhouse. Joe had something with chicken smothered in cheese and I had a sirloin steak salad. it was yummy. We had one of their battered and fried onions as an appetizer - that was not so yummy. I suspect I will need the antacid later on tonight.

I had to fight the urge of ordering pizza after working 9.5 hours... ended up eating canned chili at around 9pm.

They were awesome! Here is a pic of my husband enjoying one!

They were actually hard to make, the recipe called to buy wonton wrappers but I decided to make my own... bad idea, took about 3 hours from start to finish but well worth it!

I am so proud of myself, because I was at a fair tonight and DID NOT GET FRIED DOUGH!!!! I had it at a fair last weekend and thought, ya know, once a season really should be enough. So I had a grilled chicken wrap instead.
