I measure my KD too! When I measure the milk, it never seems like enough, but it's always just right!

I haven't had KD in awhile. We always just make our mac&cheese from scratch. I should buy a box here to try, I wonder if I would be able to taste the difference from the Canadian kind.

Funny you should say that, we actually have a box in the cupboard for that reason. I asked my Husband to pick up a box so that we could try it! We had a few boxes from Canada so haven't tried the U.S. version yet.

The terra cotta pot tray is an excellent idea, Sprailenes. Thank you.

Well, our dinner last night turned out #######. But the naan was pretty good. My first attempt was a little bit burnt, but by the 4th attempt I had it pretty much figured out. I opened a bottle of sparkling red wine which my husband had purchased some months ago from the Fresh Market, despite my protests. He has conveniently forgotten that exchange, but I digress. Anyway, we took a sip and I went :dead: and he went :dead: so we took another sip. Yep. This stuff sucked. Down the drain it went. That was an expensive couple of sips. Luckily, I had a bottle of prosecco on hand so I put that on ice and we had that instead.

The recipe I used made a lot of dough, so I rolled some into balls and froze them for some other time when I want to make naan or fresh rolls. The rest of the dough I put in the fridge and I will bake that into bread for this evening's dinner of creamless cream of broccoli soup.

This is a really condensed version of the original post I had written, earlier, but which IE8 had sucked up into the vortex.

Me neither. It tends to mess up the player.
