So the linguini was blah. I forced myself to eat it because it was all we had....my Husband, ate a little bit :lol:

Funny, I used a canned sauce and he thought it was too sweet and I thought it was sour - either way it was...blah.

tonight's dinner is salsa chicken...

take a couple of chicken thighs (I usually take the skin off), I use about 4 and place them in the crock pot and then dump your favourite salsa over top.. today I am using mango peach salsa and then cook it on low for about 4 hours...

going to serve it with some rice and veggies

i changed my mind I am going to serve it with homemade rice a roni instead...

Just made eggplant parmesean and homemade chicken fingers (ran out of chix breast so half were made with left over mahi mahi... hehehehehehe!)

I brined some boneless pork chop things and then I put a rub on them and hubby is going to barbecue them... then we are going to serve them on hamburger buns and for the side I sliced some potato and then coated it with olive oil and spices and will bake them in the oven...

I am also going to do up a package of Steamfresh veggies...

mmmm , I can't wait to eat!!

Me too! Its pretty good, and will ensure I will have major fiber this week.

For tonight's dinner though, I am making chicken pot pie. Bought the shells because it takes too long to make them... but making the filling using all the chicken and veggie left overs this week. Planning to serve it with a side of broccoli and cauliflower heads sauteed with garlic and chili flakes

I've been eating alot of bok choy recently because I love it with alot of garlic and it was on sale.

So I'll probably have bok choy and rice for dinner.

Not sure what I'll make my husband, there's leftovers in the fridge I could do something with.

I want something really simple for dinner, something almost bland. We had leftover Brunswick stew for lunch, so I'm feeling bland tonight, but I don't know what I want. :lol:
