I'm making bacon and cheddar stuff chicken breast with broccoli, salad and perhaps rice as sides.

I might do roasted potatoes if I have time instead of rice.

Tonight I'm cooking, since Peachey has been doing it so much recently I feel bad.

I'm going to make some tasty homemade beef curry.

Personally, I love lamb curry the best - but lamb costs a lot here.

Montreal Interviewer: "What do you have in common with each other?"

Peachey: "We're REALLY weird."

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

<back to interview>

Me: "Yes, yes I do."

That's nice of you, Varba. Hurray for any kind of curry!

I have decided on shrimp cocktail over fresh baby spinach. If we are still hungry we can either have soup or leftover chicken and broccoli gratin. BUT..... since the movie we want to see isn't playing at a convenient time, we are having movie night at home so I'm thinking I'd like to save room for the popcorn and chips and dip instead of more dinner. lol

I made salmon and glazed it with soy-maple syrup... but the syrup burnt in the oven :( The salmon was still yummy, even after the mad frenzy to un-smoke the house. Served my fish with whole wheat penne with some really good marina from Costco and vegetables.

Finally married... and still married... ;)

Anytime you use something sweet as a glaze or sauce and you have it in the oven you risk burning it due to the sugar content. :( Maple is such a good ingredient for salmon though!

Tonight I'm thinking of a spinach puff pastry with homemade tomato soup.

I have lots of broccoli I'd like to get rid of before it starts turning. I think I might make a cheese and broccoli soup.

I vote for a casserole with chicken and broccoli and cheese. MMmmmm.
