Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Ok so apparently I have never made bread pudding before - because as I was looking at it and eating it - it did not trigger any memoriesssssss. Light the corners of my minddddd - take it krikit!

Anyway, according to Mike it was good, but not quite custardy enough and had a bit too much liquid in it. I will try it again at some point.

tonight's dinner is turkey chili that I have had simmering away in the crock pot all day.. it is a little spicy for me but hubby thinks it is perfect :P

so today we are having roasted veggie pizza for dinner.. we have never made it before... we are going to grill up some eggplant, squash, bell pepper, onion, tomato, and mushroom. I bought some fresh oregano to season it with too.. should be yum!! I cheated and bought one of those boboli crusts...

we met with friends (from VJ, actually!) for coffee at B&N then on the way home Joe said 'You want to go somewhere for dinner?". So, we stopped at our favourite Mexican restaurant. I had Veggie Quesadilla Verde (yum) and Joe had something Ranchero (hehehe).
