I applied for expedited naturalization under section 319 b and requested my interview to be at Jacksonville Florida field office since i have a sister living there. Ive read on this forum that some of the field offices will process everything in one day and others would take few weeks before oath taking. Now, my question is does any of you guys know if Jacksonville, Florida office will do the oath taking same day? i just need atleast estimated time frame from interview,oath taking and getting a passport. ive read here that you are only allowed to stay in the US for a certain of time and has to go back overseas or else your expedited naturalization process will be invalid.

i would apreciate your help..thanks.

2007-05-24 visa in hand

2007-05-28 Arrived in U.S.A

2007-07-18 Sent I 765 and EAD

2007-08-11 Receivd NOA

2007-08-28 Received RFE (copy of tax return)

2007-08-29 Biometric Appointment (Honolulu)

2007-08-29 Sent RFE reply

2007-09-07 they Rcvd the RFE we sent Touches
