hello every body :star:

im confused what will i answer about the question HOw long do you intend to stay in the USA? :blink: :blink:

im a K1 applicant and i have a schedule of interview this friday june 26... :innocent: :innocent: :innocent:

do i need to put picture in this form? and i want to answer this correctly and i need your help about this also..

and on the last page there are 3 question number 29. additional visits to the us? and 30. additional visa issuances..

and 31. additional visa refusals..i hope you can advice what can can be the possible answers for this...coz for me i dont

have any of this..

How long do you intend to stay in US? "Permanently" (my answer)

i have just filled out my DS156 on line. i answered all "NO" to the questions Nos. 29,30 and 31. (coz thats about it). Stapled picture where it should be.

you can put there indefinitely or permanently to the question how long do you intend to stay in the US....

to the rest of the questions,

#29,if you havent been to the US then click No and just put there None.

#30,if you never been issued a US visa then click No then N/A

#31,if you never been refused a Visa then click No then N/A

But if you have been to the US then you have to state there and click Yes

or if you have been dinied like a tourist Visa then also click Yes

and yes you have to attached a visa photo on two DS forms

im confudes for question number 345 3 . issuing country 4 issuance date expiration date? what should i write?

Look into your passport, usually you can see it at the photo page of your passport.

Mine were:

Issuing Country - Philippines

Issuance Date - December 28, 2004

Expiration Date - December 28, 2009
