Hi, what kind of wedding do you prefer? If it`s Court Wedding, that`s easy as long as you already applied for your marriage license prior to your wedding date. About Wedding Traditions I don`t know much about the traditions here in USA, but one thing I heard from my husband before we had our Church Wedding. Fiance should not see the wedding dress of the bride to be prior to the ceremony because it brings bad luck to the marriage.

We got married in the Catholic church here in MI, we undergo several seminars such as Marriage is a Decision, Marriage Counselling and we also had our NFP(Natural Family Planning) that`s take place under our parish priest instruction. Then lastly, before the wedding ceremony we had our Rehearsal Dinner; that`s the so called Wedding Rehearsal in the Church, then after we gathered together had our dinner and a simple party. Other details in the wedding party, the slicing of cake which symbolizes the sweetness of the couple, toasting of wine and they also use garter here that should be put on the thigh of the bride, lastly the throwing of wedding bouquet almost the same in the philippines.

In our wedding we put a so called " wedding box" it`s one of the tradition here , guests are not giving boxes of gifts instead they are giving wedding card with their wishes and prayer with their little gifts inside probably in terms of check (gift check, or cash inside the card)to help the newly wed financially.

I hope this help you in your wedding plans. Congratulations and Best wishes to both of you. Godspeed!

(next time pls.post in English please so you can get more help)thanks! TC

Where are you located.

If you are in las vegas.. you could just do a drive thru wedding, and you could choice elvis too.. :) You wont have a problem in las vegas.. its a wedding capital.

You could opt for a filipino wedding. There are a lot of filipino community in las vegas and you could talk to a priest or a pastor for a filipino wedding.

There is really no do's and dont's.. its your wedding. You have the option to choice whatever you want.

And if you have a wedding planner who said NO... fire him/her...

If you are in Phoenix, i recommend Robert's catering for your wedding cake. The place is so unassuming, yet their cake is so good.
