MUMBAI INTERVIEW WAIT!!! how long to get an interview date??

Hi to All

I submitted DS230 packet to NVC. The automated phone message says "checklist items received on June 18th......will be contacted in few weeks"........

Any idea how long it will take to get an interview date....."embassy is MUMBAI, India"....

Anything I can or should do to get an early interview date? Any other signals I should look out for.......

Any idea, when my case will be scheduled for an interview.......

Any advice will be appreciated....

At this point in the proces, if your case gets completed in the next two weeks, you are looking at an interview in August. NVC will schedule interviews in the first two weeks of July for the month of August.

my fiance should be getting her packet3 anytime (just got my na02 and file is now reached india via nvc-> mumbai embassy)... how long before she's sent the packet3 ? how long after that is the interview scheduled? can i assume we spent the least amount of time sending packet3 back to embessy (early august), we'd get interview set for september?
