Hi all! Long time no see, so busy with love, life, and WORK! Ugh!

I am filing a I-485, the AOS for my Husband (K-1 Visa holder), and at the same time sending the I-765 EAD. The AOS packet requires two passport photos, as does the "Supporting documentation" needed on the EAD. Are these photos one and the same, or does he need four passport pictures in the packet?

Thanks (As always!!!)

Heather

I did AOS - EAD - AP all at once and I sent 6 photos. I would say yes to four. Better safe than sorry. :star:

Even though you may be submitting the AOS along with the EAD (and even possibly the AP) - each one must have its own supporting documents and evidence (such as passport photos). Follow the Guide - it is correct in describing what is needed for each (I-485 and I-765). They each get evaluated/adjudicated on their own merits.

by possibly separate people at different locations (Missouri & California for example)

YMMV
