Has any one that applied for a CR1 with a overtay problem pass the interview in any oversea consulate without a need for a waver? :thumbs:

Was your over stay in the US?

yes.

You will need the waiver no way around it. Your overstay can get you a ten year ban. Are you still in the US?

02/03/2006 AOS sent (Did not apply for EAD or AP)

02/09/2006 NOA

02/16/2006 Case status Online

05/01/2006 Biometrics Appt.

07/12/2006 AOS Interview APPROVED

07/24/2006 GC arrived

05/02/2007 Driver's License - Passed Road Test!

05/27/2008 Lifting of Conditions sent (TSC > VSC)

06/03/2008 Check Cleared

07/08/2008 INFOPASS (I-551 stamp)

I did overstay my visa (2003 until 2008) total 5 years in USA, and my CR1 interview was last week july 13(Rio de Janeiro), and my visa was denied, now I have another interview date to explain my overstay and bring my waiver with me plus the 545 Us dollars, as fees to waiver be process... I wish you a good luck, and honest be prepare for anything.
