I (the petitioner) had sent the I29f application for alien fiance visa in feb 2009 through an attorney, we have gotten the NOA1 and still waiting for NOA2 however my fiance (the beneficiary) is thinking to shift apartments within the same city (in UK), will his address change affect the application process at all? And how do we report the address change to UCIS?

No it will not change the process. after your I-129f NOA you can call or send in the form for change of address.

Q : How do I change my address while I wait to receive a receipt number?

If you have a pending application, but have not received a receipt notice, you must call USCIS’ National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 to report a change of address. Please inform the customer service representative that you have a pending application and have not received a receipt notice, but would like to change your address. You also should tell the representative when you filed your application to USCIS. USCIS will issue a service request which will be routed to the USCIS Service Center or District Office having jurisdiction over your application. A letter acknowledging the completion of your change of address request will be sent out once your application is receipted and your change of address has been updated.

Additionally, customers are required to complete a Form AR-11 to notify USCIS that their address has changed. Customers can access USCIS’ Change of Address Online tool to complete an AR-11 without a receipt number.

As a follow up question; I'm in a similar situation but I am the petitioner. Waiting on the NOA2, but I've prepared many of the documents in advance (bank statements, employer statements, etc) and many of these forms list my old address. However, on the 156K I've listed my new address. Would it be better to change my address now or after I get the NOA2 (considering I'm hoping to receive it ANY MINUTE NOW). Also, will I have to update all of these statements to reflect the address change or will it not matter because the date is prior to my address change request that I will file...

Any experienced input welcome!! :)
