Hi, we submitted the I-129F in march, and recived the NOA1. I've registered for the case status online, but I haven't gotten any touches and it's been three months. Is this normal? The processing time listed on the website is 6 months. Is there anything I can do or should be doing besides wait?

It was normal for me. I had no touches and then BAM! an email after about 5 months or so. Good Luck!

Absolutely normal! My NOA1 was Feb 18th, and last touch was Feb 23rd. Not a ripple in the pond since then. Watch your placement on the Igor List for a better idea on when you should be hearing something.

They are obligated to post the longest running petition that they have outstanding. For VSC, it's in November, however they are processing applications into the end of February and even the beginning of March now.

We also haven't seen a touch since our NOA1. Most don't seem to see any activity period until their NOA2 shows up.

01/08/2010 - Applied for SSN in maiden name.

01/09/2010 - Married! Officially a Missis.

01/19/2010 - Received SSN in mail.

02/10/2010 - Sent I-485/I-131/I-765 to Chicago.

02/19/2010 - NOA dates for all applications.

02/22/2010 - Received NOAs in mail.
