You help me so much in the past

i am on the last process to NVC

i already did the I-864EZ

friday i am sending My wife DS-230 Via usps nest day delivery

here is the check list what i including with the Ds-230

Cover Sheet

Part 1 Ds-230 sign and dated

Part 2 ds-230 unsigned

Her Original Birth Certificate

Our Original Marriage certificate

Her Original NBI

her Original Police Clearance

Copies of her Passport Biographics

2 Passport Size Photo.

i will put her name n case number on the back of the photos

anything i am missing please let me know and ur guidence will be greatly apprieciated.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. you have to include a photo copy of marriage cert, birth cert, nbi and the police cert. Thata what we did and theres was no rfe for us.

you gotta do number 10... don't forget that. these are the documents that i sent in. Good luck!

Don't forget to type in the CASE number on top... they need that as a guide to put back your docs in case they get separated.

Send the Original + 2 photocopies of each documents. I am not sure if you will get an RFE for it, but this is what the VJ guide said to do.
