i got a letter with a interview notice for august, and it says august 5 of 08 the letter is dated sent the 17th of june, of 09 does anybody think that is gona be a problem if we go there on that day even thou it says 08, please somebody help me, shuold i call them and fix it before i go. i asume that since is dated the 17th surely my appointment has to be for august of 09, but jt says 08, this is for my removal of condition, if anybodu has any question that were asked when they had this interview, pls let me know!!

Just in case I would schedule an Infopass to be 100% sure that everything will be fine.

That error could cost you a lot of troubles.

I replied to your interview question, in another thread where you asked this. Please read that.

Also like csoul suggested make an infopass appointment for your near USCIS office and talk to the Immigration officer regarding this. Like csoul said, it's an important matter and you should check with the authority (Immigration Officer) at your nearst USCIS field office.
