Hello my VJfamily!

I am holding a K1 Visa. And just got married last month. Tomorrow I'm going to mail my AOS and EAP applications.

I have in me the list of documents enclosed to my applications. Let me know guys if there is missing in the list:

AOS:

1. my birth certificate

2. copy of passport with visa

3. 2x2 pic (2 copies)

4. DS-3025

5. g-325a

6. Affidavit of Support (I-864) with Federal Income Tax Return including W-2 of my husband

7. Copy of approved petition (I-797C Notice of Action)

8. Marriage Certificate

9. I-94

10. FormI-485

EAD:

1. copy of my birth certificate

2. copy of passport with visa

3. Copy of I-94

4. 2x2 pic (2 copies)

5. Copy of approved petition (I-797C Notice of Action)

6. Form I-765

I am going to send the two applications to USCIS PO BOX 805887, Chicago IL 60680-4120.

I just want to make sure everything is in order and correct.

Thanks in advance!

God bless :)

God bless to everybody :)
