Most Asian businesses know squat about customer relations. Have you ever stepped inside an Asian supermarket and a counterpart one like Kroger or similar? Big difference in customer service.'

If you don't like what you see as a "paid" customer, vote with your feet. Otherwise, get used to it.

I guess it depends on the market as I have been is some awesome asian markets...

Was on Eva last night.. An open ticket leaving NJ for VN in Aug can be as low as 760 RT with taxes included. Maybe less from SF.

About to book a RT from SW Fla to HAN 776. American Airlines.... end of November.... I am surprised that there are still prices this low from east coast..
